This is a budget-friendly option for anyone who wants access to high-quality programming and nutritional guidance from a certified personal trainer (not just some random fitness chick on Instagram!) but maybe can’t commit to 1:1 training. You will receive 3 personalized workouts per week that are tailored to your specific goals, skill level, and the equipment that you have on hand.
You’ll have your own client portal via personalized app where you’ll access your program, log your workouts, track your progress, sync your food diary, log daily habits, and complete your weekly check-ins with me.
You’ll learn about macros, quality ingredients, portion sizes, and the 80/20 protocol. The goal (for the long term) isn’t just to hit the numbers, but to build a sustainable relationship with food—one where you actually trust your body, learn what it likes/doesn’t like, and feel a sense of control over your cravings and urges. You’ll learn how to RESPOND to your body accordingly, rather than continuing to just REACT to it.
